INTRODUCTION
1.        Background
Industrial practice is an activity which must be done by the students who school in a vocational high school. Aside from being a prerequisite for pass the final examination, Industrial practice is also intended to increase the student's experiences in the world of work to go to work after graduation. Thus, each student is required to make a report of the industrial practice. So, we report the Industrial practice activities seriously and full of responsibility.
2.        Objectives
a.              Prerequisite of national examination.
b.             To report the Industrial practice activity.

ACTIVITIES IN ISTITUTION INDUSTRIAL PRACTICE

My Industrial practice is too sweet to forget, I got a lot of experiences and a lot of new friends. The works in my Industrial practice are archive documents, mail registers, AGF entries, and CIF Maintenance.
Ø  Archive Documents
This work is the first job I got in my Industrial practice. Customer's files are included in map then stored in file cabinets in the archive room. To save the files is sorted by the customer’s ID number.
Ø  Register Mail
Among the tasks that we obtained, this task is quite exhausting task. This is caused by the documents must be registered reach up to thousands mails. The way is easy, just create a column on books and we only fill it with the identity of serial number which written on the letter.
Ø  AGF Entry
This feature is for peoples who have obliged to repay the loan through saving accounts. So the customers do not need to repeatedly to go to the bank to ask for transfer money for loan installments. The facility has called by Automatic Grab Fund or better known as Automatic Transfer. In managing our AGF, we use an application which provided by BRI’s headquarters. For use the facility is quite easy, there are:
1.    Just enter the password and username.
2.    Enter the customer’s data you want to be installed by the AGF application.
3.    If the entry has been finished, we are just waiting for approval from superiors.
This task is the most interesting task. Because it can help us to exercise our fingers ability in pressing buttons on a computer keyboard fluently.
Ø  CIF Maintenance
This job is a special task. It caused that job is requiring precision and patience. The goal of this job is to checking customer data and correcting it.







HIGHLIGHTING
We must do the industrial practice seriously and responsible. Therefore, we can love our jobs and resulting it perfectly. And we must adapted with the work environment so that we will feel comfortable with work environment, then will create a condition to luck each other.


CLOSING

1.      Conclusion
a.       When we are doing Industrial practice there, the job we do is not always what we learn at the school. However, Industrial practice that we do is the practice of the accounting lesson. Many jobs are different with the school matter.
b.      We must do the task in Industrial practice seriously and responsible. Therefore, we will feel usual with our job. So, it makes us love our job then.
2.      Suggestion
a.       This report is expect to be reverence for the younger students who want to arrange industrial practice report or who want to doing industrial practice for deciding which place of industrial practice that precise and suit with the department and direction. I hope that our experiences will also increase younger students knowledge.
